Full refund if no work has commenced. Per Australian Consumer Law, refunds are available where services are not delivered as described.

2. During Project

Briefing phase: 15% retained. Draft completed: 50%. Review completed: 75%. Delivered: quality revision rather than refund.

3. Quality Guarantee

Free corrections for accuracy errors identified within 14 days of delivery.

4. Processing

Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe. Updated: March 2026.
