Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Between Client and Select Translation, 79 Albert St, Nowra NSW 2541 (ABN: 12 345 678 901).

2. Services

Document translation, website localisation, NAATI-certified translation, technical translation, legal translation, marketing transcreation. All services delivered digitally.

3. Payment

50% deposit prior to commencement. Balance on delivery. Processed via Stripe in AUD. GST included where applicable.

4. Confidentiality

All source materials treated as confidential. NDAs signed by all linguists. Documents encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Intellectual Property

Client owns all translations upon full payment. Translation memories shared per separate agreement.

6. NAATI Certification

NAATI-certified translations bear the translator's NAATI stamp and number. Accepted by all Australian government departments and courts.

7. Governing Law

Laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales. Australian Consumer Law applies. Updated: March 2026.
